Referring to the “crisis” in Kashmir, as foreign minister i believe we should definitely send help in all effected regions. Most of the Kashmir region is our brotheren of faith, Islam, and now that they need us, we can not turn out backs. We need to make sure that the Kashmirians effected can recover and get back to their normal lives.
The protests that have broken out because of the cricket game should remind us of the social instability we are faced with. We must try to calm the riots, but to add, I propose (though this is in a way out of my jurisdiction as foreign minister) that we rebuild a sense of pakistani nationalism. Our government needs to bond with the people and give them a sense of safety. We must assure them that as the government, we are their guidance and foundation. Our people should be able to trust us…
The third topic referring to the Taiwanese elections… It seems to show their progression, but more importantly the fact that the Taiwanese are serious about their sovereignty from the Chinese. As foreign minister, I propose we recognize Taiwan’s independence and begin relations with a key ally in Southeast Asia. We can be the first major powered country to take a move like this, which is absolutely necessary.
